Friday, Sep 28th 2018, I finally got my master degree! nothing can describe what I feel at the moment. Before entering the room, I almost cried because of the nerves that I got. Fortunately, when I get nervous, I always smile to cover up my nervousness. Along the presentation, it went well because I could handle my nervous with smile. All the panelists also caught that positive energy that I gave. So they looked at me as a calming person. Although it was the opposite. I was extremely nervous so my body spontaniously smiled to get rid of my nerves.
Smile. it is a simple thing to do. It doesn't cost much. Smile can make us happy and other people happy. Smile is contagious. And smile is sunnah. Well, I'm not saying I have a beautiful smile. But a smile can make you more beautiful. And smiling to your brothers and sisters, their existence will be more appreciated when you smile at them. You make them feel that they are likeable, like they are important.
Smile, eventhough you are in difficult situations, in the hardest time of your life. Because smile gives you energy to get through your bad days. Smile, because it gives you strength to survive.
From my thesis defense couple weeks ago, in the end, the panelists didn't give me many questions. Just suggestions for my thesis to make it better. Well, maybe it's because my thesis is already clear enough from the background until the conclusion. But it could be because I smiled a lot. So, smile! :)
