Hi guys! So today, I'm gonna review "elf under eye concealer and highlighter" which I just bought a few days ago.
When I saw this concealer for the first time, I just wanted it so bad and I had to buy it. I am trying to find the right concealer for my skin because my L.A. Girl concealer is not pretty good in my skin. It makes my skin dry especially under my eyes. So, when I see this concealer from elf I really want to have it so badly. I bought this concealer online and it's really affordable. It has the same price like my L.A.Girl concealer that I bought online too.
In this product, elf gives the highlighter too. It has a nice brush to apply on. And it's practical if you need to touchups because it has a concealer and highlighter in one product and it's really handy as well.
So, when I first tried to apply, it was really nice and it covers any imperfections under my eyes well. I don't have to need to use a foundation anymore because it covers any black spots and redness perfectly. But, after using it for several hours my face gets oily. The highlighter is a little bit shimmer. Well, I'm not a big fan of highlighter so I don't use the highlighter. But, to be honest, the highlighter doesn't really shows up when I applied it on my cheekbones.
I typically have a dry skin, but when I use this concealer it gets a little bit oily but not too much. After all, it's still my main choice to use before I find the best concealer for my skin.
Strengths :
1. It's affordable for concealer and highlighter in one product
2. It's handy and practical
3. It covers any imperfections on your face perfectly (which is very important)
4. It has a nice brush to apply
Weaknesses :
1. It gets oily on my skin after several hours
2. The highlighter is not really poped up
